Wellbeing Programs You Can Sponsor
Good Webinar Series: It is a online webinar, every Wednesday or Thursday at 7:00-8:30 PM, 3-4 times in a month. The webinar discussed the current topics related to national issues of wellbeing. Our contributors will be resource persons in the webinar. So far this webinar has been running pro bono and now we are making it based on donations. The webinar topics were about Managing Financial (Overcome loans), Overthinking, Stop cross-generational trauma, Handling stress at work, Be a good parent not a perfect parent, Self Hypnosis to overcome anxiety and fear, Speak your ideas to public, and many more.
Good Learning Projects: It is an offsite workshop, on Saturday morning. This is more for the recovery of the body so it must meet physically because the physical must be repaired. The topics we raise are like body posture reset, qi-gong for health, flexible yoga, vibrational sound healing, true aromatheraphy, and more.
Wellbeing for Teacher: Teachers are an important factor in building the nation’s generation. Teachers who teach children who will become the nation’s leaders. Teachers who are mentally and emotionally healthy will be able to teach optimally and compassionately. For that, we created a wellbeing program for teachers in Indonesia.
By providing funding to these wellbeing programs, you play an important role in improving wellbeing in all levels of Indonesian society.
